The very occurrence of this natural nutrient is for the mothers to feed their young ones until they become strong and self sufficient. Even humans are blessed with the ability to produce milk.

  • Ghee or clarified butter:

Ghee is made from butter collected over a week. This form has the longest shelf life of about a year. It is often consumed raw or with spices as flavors. There is a popular saying in Sanskrit about ghee, which states that you must eat it even if you have to borrow money to buy it.
Yes, the product’s health benefits have been known from ancient times. It is an ideal source of fat and oil soluble vitamins like A, and E. It also contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid, which has antioxidant properties. Surprisingly, ghee also helps in weight loss.
